Pokemon Center Golden Magikarp plush (2009)
This fish is just lovely! My second favorite of all shiny plushes available at the moment, if not even favorite, because as awesome as the shiny Suicune is, I'm not too fond of the pokedoll style. This plush on the other hand is just perfect! It has all right proportions, lovely smooth minky fabric and it's soooo bright yellow! And the tag is just beautiful!
Magikarp got a re-release in 2013, but this is from the original 2009 set.

Pokemon Center Red Gyarados plush (2009)
I bought this from Y!J, like the Magikarp. It came with another 'karp, but since I had already bought one before (I wanted it with the tag), I could sell it and got quite a bit of their price back.
He's poseable, which makes him very easy to display. It's the same minky fabric as its pre-evolution too, which means soft and nice to touch. Very high quality plush!

PC 2010 1st/2nd lottery price: Shiny Beast Pokedolls
Shiny beasts were released as Pokemon Center's lottery prices: For every 2500 yen you spent in the Center, you had one chance at the lottery. The 1st price was a full set of 3 shiny beasts and the 2nd was one of them. In total there exist only 250-500 of each. Even though Pikachu was my first shiny plush, Suicune is the one, which started my collection. I was so sure that I would never get this one, that I didn't try to get Raikou or Entei, which I saw on Y!J a couple of times. But then the beautiful blue beast was put up for offers in the community/ebay. Two people had made offers before me, but they were turned down. I didn't want to pay the full price either, but still made an offer without really hoping it to be accepted. But it did! The shiny Suicune is probably the hardest to find of all shiny plushies, so now I actually had a chance to get them all. And in the following couple years I really did.
Entei joined my collection in 2014. It doesn't have the tag, but I don't mind too much, since it's in great condition otherwise. I also like it a lot more than I thought I would. It's cute and doesn't faceplant nearly as much as Suicune.
I finally managed to complete my shiny plush collection by adding Raikou in 2015. I also got a bit of info about it's former owners from one of them and it has gone through at least 3 other owners before me; I bought it from froakie in the community and they got it from yellow_fr3ak by a trade. I guess I should keep it's name, Nemesis. It sounds cool!
Pokemon Center 2011 Beams Shiny Pikachu
This is the 6th official shiny plush ever made. It was made as a collaboration merchandise by Pokemon Center and a Japanese clothing brand Beams to celebrate their anniversaries in 2011. I bought it from Y!J and it was my very first official shiny plush.
My feelings towards Pikachu are actually mixed; It's a cute pokemon and I love to use it in the games, but there's just so much Pikachu merchandise it's kind of annoying. But still, I like this plush a lot! It's very well made, the fabric feels nice and the red shiny star tag is awesome.

Shiny Unova Starters (Tomy, 2012)
Another shiny Grail here! Tomy arranged a lottery in 2012 and gave away 1000 sets of these. (Although I've heard they were also available from a lottery in Singapore a bit later.) They were sent to the winners in August and I started to check Y!J daily to grab them as soon as I could. Time went on... I saw about 3 sets in almost a year, but all of them were too expensive. Then finally, over a year later, baconscreation put their set on sale in Pkmncollectors. It was even more expensive than I had seen them go for earlier, but unlike in Y!J, I was able to make a payment plan and get them. I'm SO HAPPY to own them! They are a bit bigger than the PC plush and not minky, but still very awesome and above all rare addition to my collection.
Pokemon Center 2013 Original Red Genesect
The 16th Pokemon movie, ExtremeSpeed Genesect: Mewtwo awakens, has a red Genesect, who leads an army of his species. This will mean a LOT of shiny Genesect merchandise in the future. I'm not too happy about it, since I don't particularly like Genesect and don't want it taking over my collection. But I'm still going to grab some items.
This plush won't stay in any kind of upright position without some help. Still pretty nice and detailed plush.

Red Genesect Pokedoll (2013)
Genesect wasn't designed plushmakers in mind... Another plush, that's quite hard to display properly. Huge head and a thin body and limbs. Then again this is probably my favorite of the Genesect plushes I have, thanks to the soft minky fabric they used.
Korotto Manmaru (Banpresto, 2013)
Ok, Genesect can actually look almost cute... somehow.
Not very high quality plush though, because there are baize details and the fabric is... something velboa-like. But I like the style, so it has earned it's place in my collection. I don't think I'll get any more Genesect plushes, even though there's at least still another from Banpresto (with proportions closer to the PC plush) and a poseable Tomy plush (Which might kinda be worth it... I might replace the PC plush with that one someday, but it's definitely not a high priority want.)

Shiny Patchwork Pikachu 2013 (Big Plush and Mini Mascot)
The fabric was much softer than I thought. And the plush is bigger too. It's easily the biggest shiny plush right now (not counting the huge Magikarp pillow below). Gyarados is still longer, but this is all around bigger and heavier.
Giant Magikarp cushion (2013)
Seriously, this one is HUGE! I knew it was big, but I was still shocked, when I saw it. The fabric is nice and I like how stiff they made the fins. It's also perfect size for hugs! I really love it, and it has taken over the position as my favorite plush from its smaller cousin.
Pokemon Center White Mega Gengar (2014)
I really like shiny mega Gengar (Although it's probably mostly because the normal shiny Gengar is so boring.) I like the eyes of this plush especially, so sinister!
Pokemon Center Silver Mega Metagross (2014)
I can't lie, I was a bit disappointed when I got this plush. It's not really because there's something wrong with the plush (although it's hands are heavy, so they don't stay up well), but because I never realized that mega Metagross has too many legs. I thought it had the big ones and maybe one pair as legs... but it actually has 2 big pairs and 2 small ones. The plush looks just too full of legs! The plush is without doubt the best version you could make of this Pokemon. I just... don't think I like this Mega that much. Normal Metagross is awesome though, especially it's shiny form, so I'm happy it got its own small promotion!
Pokemon Center Mega Rayquaza (2015)
This must be the most complicated plush I have.... It's simply impossible to display well (Or not. I've seen some super neat ways to hang it on the ceiling) It's poseable just like the shiny Gyarados. I kinda hope they would have made a normal Rayquaza instead of the mega, but it's still very beautiful shiny, so I'm not complaining! There's also a normal, green version of this plush.
Shiny Gyarados/Pikachu (2015)
Pokemon Center Hiroshima has red Gyarados in its logo, so when it opened in 2015 they released Pikachu plushes in Gyarados and Magikarp clothing. The red version of Gyarados was a Hiroshima exclusive and a bit harder to get because of that. But here it is, with its smaller mascot plush variant.
"Shiny" Bulbasaur Mascot
This is probably not exactly shiny, but it's close enough and very small, so it doesn't take too much room and can stay for now.
